Day 2 was rainy. Jono Bateman, Kaelan Gooch, Ben Sakamoto and myself headed to the north-east corner. We were unable to spray the border for planting a green barrier next round. The adjacent property above the forest is a weed farmer I will call Ochna. The other adjacent property on the west and south border is another weed farmer I'll call Brachiciton. Brachiciton has verbally acknowledged his weed farm and is addressing his forest of devils fig. The forest here was already in very good nick and showing many endemic natives growing spontaneously. The earth here was rich in organic mater and squirming with life. We found a few Cymbidium orchids but weren't able to identify without the flower.
